Please review the following terms before booking. These are general terms and should be reviewed with your own legal counsel before launch.
Bookings & Payment
All tours are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are per person and include round-trip inter-island airfare where indicated.
Cancellations & Refunds
A full refund is provided when a tour is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Refunds for tours cancelled due to weather, mechanical, or other circumstances outside our control are handled per the operating partner's policy.
Travel Requirements
Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification for inter-island flights. Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated departure point on time. Itineraries and stops may change due to weather, flight schedules, or conditions on the day.
Liability
Hawaii Inter-Island Tours acts as an agent for the tours and flights provided by third-party operators and is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from those services. Participation is at the guest's own risk.
